- Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions under any circumstances.
All discounts are offered at the sole discretion of the website owners.

- Order Change
Address modifications will not be accepted after the order has been dispatched.
If an address change is required, it must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

- Product Delivery
The product delivered may not be an exact replica of the images displayed on the website.
Flowers, cakes, and icing colors may vary as they are sourced from different vendors.
While variations are possible, the quality and quantity of the delivered product will always be maintained.

- Damaged/ Bad quality Products
Customers/recipients must inspect the product upon delivery for quantity and quality issues.
If the product is damaged or not in good condition, please refuse delivery immediately.
If an issue is discovered later, it must be reported on the same day for resolution.
Recipients are responsible for preserving products under appropriate conditions (temperature, atmosphere, etc.) to prevent further damage.
If more than 50% of a cake or a significant portion of any product has been used, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
Evidence of damage (photos/videos) is required, and if the complaint is found valid by Bakista, a replacement or refund will be provided.

- Delivery Rules
Every order is accepted at the sole discretion of the website owners.
Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 5 PM.
Customers can specify preferred delivery timings, but unforeseen circumstances may impact the actual delivery schedule. The website owners are not liable for such delays.
The standard delivery window is 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with no guaranteed time slots.

We are not responsible for non-delivery in the following cases:

1.      The recipient’s premises are locked.
2.      The recipient is unavailable.
3.      Incorrect or non-existent delivery address.
4.      Invalid or unreachable contact details.
5.      The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
6.      The product is left with security guards, neighbors, or the reception.

- No return policy
Once an order has been processed and delivered under any of the above conditions, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be returned.

- Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Orders can only be rescheduled (preponed or postponed) in case of an emergency. Requests must be sent via the customer's registered email ID at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Refunds will only be issued in cases of clear mistakes from our side (e.g., wrong item delivered).
Any refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment gateway and may take 8-10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

- Fraudulent Orders
Fraudulent transactions are dealt with strictly.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activities will be permanently blocked, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

- Other Rules
Customers may receive promotional offers and discounts via their registered phone number and email.
All courier shipments will be handled by competent courier services at the discretion of the website owners.
Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
We encourage customers to review our Terms & Conditions and Substitution Policy before placing an order.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, India.
